These Terms of Service govern your use of mendovi.com (the "Website") and every order placed through it. Please read them before buying. The Website is operated by Elementic Brands LLC, trading as Mendovi.

2. Who May Order

You must be 18 or over to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
By ordering you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and complete.
Products are sold for personal, domestic use and are not for resale.

3. What Mendovi Sells, and What It Is Not

Mendovi sells at-home devices and accessories for comfort, warmth, massage, compression and recovery, together with the parts and consumables that go with them.
Our products are not medical treatment. They do not diagnose, and they are not a substitute for advice, examination or treatment from a doctor, pharmacist or physiotherapist. Nothing on the Website should be read as medical advice.
Product descriptions, photography and specifications are kept as accurate as we can make them. Minor variation in colour and finish between screen and product can occur.
Where a figure such as a session length, runtime, strap range or noise level is published, it reflects testing under the stated conditions. Real world results vary between people, and we make no promise about the outcome for any individual.

4. Safety and Intended Use

Read the instructions supplied with the device before first use and keep them.
Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, have reduced circulation or reduced sensation, have diabetes affecting the legs or feet, have a history of blood clots, or have an open wound, active infection, recent surgery or a skin condition where the device would sit.
Do not use a device on numb skin, over a suspected fracture, on an area that is hot, swollen and painful without a known cause, or on a child, without medical advice first.
Stop using the device and seek advice if you experience increased pain, burning, redness that does not settle, dizziness or any reaction that concerns you.
If your pain is new, severe, worsening, or affects one side only, please have it assessed properly before relying on any home device.
Charge devices with the supplied cable from a standard power source, do not immerse them in water, and do not continue to use a device with damaged wiring, a swollen battery or a cracked housing.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include tax where it is collected at that point. United Kingdom prices include VAT where applicable.
We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
Where a genuine pricing error occurs we may cancel the affected order before dispatch, refund it in full and offer you the chance to reorder at the correct price.
Price changes never apply to an order already confirmed. Full detail is in the Payment Policy.

6. Orders and Availability

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance is the dispatch confirmation email, and the contract is formed at that point.
We may refuse or cancel an order for stock failure, suspected fraud, an address we cannot serve, or order limits. Anything we cancel is refunded in full immediately.
If an item sells out after you order, we tell you and refund in full.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France and Germany. Delivery is free and tracked on every order.
Orders are packed seven days a week, with a 2pm GMT cutoff for same day dispatch. Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 working days in the United Kingdom and 3 to 5 working days elsewhere.

8. The 60-Night Trial, Returns and Cancellation

Every device carries a 60-night trial from the date of delivery. Return it inside that window for a full refund, for any reason, with no restocking or admin fee.
Your statutory 14 day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 sits inside, and is extended by, that window.

9. Faults and Your Statutory Rights

Mendovi does not offer a warranty or guarantee scheme. We say so plainly rather than advertising a promise wrapped in exclusions.
What applies instead are your statutory rights, which we do not attempt to limit. For United Kingdom consumers those come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Consumers elsewhere keep the equivalent rights under their own law.
Where a fault appears within 6 months of delivery, United Kingdom law treats it as present at delivery unless we can show otherwise.
To raise a fault, email contact@mendovi.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem.
These rights do not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, use contrary to the instructions, or normal wear of consumable parts.

10. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including copy, photography, video, graphics and design, belongs to Elementic Brands LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
It may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.
"Mendovi" and the Mendovi mark are used as trademarks of Elementic Brands LLC.

11. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

12. Reviews and Submitted Content

Reviews are published as they are received from verified customers, including those that are not five stars. We do not write, edit or commission reviews.
By submitting a review, photo or comment you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to display it for marketing and informational purposes.
Content must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing, and must not describe a medical outcome as a claim about our products generally. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elementic Brands LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or the products.
Our total liability for any purchase related claim is capped at the price paid for the product concerned.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Wyoming, United States.
Consumers in the United Kingdom and the EU keep their mandatory statutory protections and the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.

15. Changes, Severability and Related Policies

We may revise these Terms. The current version always sits on this page with its "Last updated" date, and changes never apply retroactively to orders already placed. If any provision proves invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
